| Our Facility Welcome to our Facility! We are located 1.5 miles west of Hydro on Historical Route 66 and have great visibility from I-40, which runs just outside our front door. We established this location in 1988, and built our current facility in 1995. Just over 2000 square feet of our building is used as personal office space, work area, sign-in for our buyers and sellers, and consignment area. We also have kitchen and concession areas. The remaining 3000 square feet is used for indoor auctions. We also use a drive-thru lane at our consignment auctions for all rolling stock. The well lit and heated area provides buyers with indoor protection and comfort from cold weather and those hot Oklahoma days. We have 3.5 acres under chain-link fence to provide security for our consignor’s equipment. This area is well lit and has a well-established all weather surface. In addition, we have 5 acres of fenced grass area for equipment overflow and parking. Our multi-level loading docks are located east of our building for shipping and receiving equipment. | ||||||||||
